3. Account Registration and Verification

All financial transactions are subject to monitoring in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). tbplus is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Deposits must only be funded from legitimate personal sources, and the platform may not be used as a mechanism for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license, right, or interest in any intellectual property owned by tbplus or third parties beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other exploitation of tbplus content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbplus and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the tbplus platform.

tbplus provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits tbplus's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that applicable Philippine law prohibits such limitation.

10. Suspension and Termination

tbplus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if such action is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, tbplus may forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings in your account. Real-money balances resulting from legitimate deposits and gameplay may be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to tbplus, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and AML procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting tbplus customer support. Voluntary account closure does not waive any obligations you owe to tbplus under these Terms at the time of closure.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tbplus platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
